Searching Real Estate Parcels

**When searching for Real Estate bills, use only one search criteria.**

Searching by Owner Name

• Entering the Last Name of the primary owner (1st listed on your bill) will bring up all parcels with that Owner Name.
• Last Name followed by First Name will narrow the list.

Searching by Address

• Entering the Number and Street Name will return a specific parcel.
• Entering only the Street Name will return a list of all parcels located on that street.
• It is not necessary to include the street type designation (St, Rd, Ln etc.).

For example: a search for 100 Main will bring up the billing for 100 Main St., whereas a search for Main will bring up all the parcels on Main St.

Searching by Parcel ID (REAL ESTATE ID NUMBER)

• You must enter the Parcel ID as listed on your bill (Real Estate ID Number), this number will start with an R (Example R1234)
  • The Parcel ID is replacing the Map Number for billing purposes. You can access a Map Number to Parcel ID conversion chart by clicking on this  LINK.
